Thornsett Band – Open Brass Band Rehearsal

Did you used to play a brass instrument? Are you learning to? Fancy doing something different? Thornsett Band are a non-competitive brass band that enjoy meeting and playing on a Monday evening. On the 18th September, we are having an open rehearsal where you are invited to come and see what’s involved. We rehearse during school times and play at several events each year, notably in Hayfield. The band is very welcoming and we offer free tuition and loan instruments as well as great cake at the break. Best to let us know you are coming so we can get whatever you need ready.
