Singing in the Rain

I’m singing in the rain, Just singing in the rain
What a glorious feelin’,I’m happy again
I’m laughing at clouds So dark up above
The sun’s in my heart And I’m ready for love
Let the stormy clouds chase Everyone from the place
Come on with the rain I’ve a smile on my face

I walk down the lane With a happy refrain
Just singin’, Singin’ in the rain

Dancin’ in the rain Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah
Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah I’m happy again!
I’m singin’ and dancin’ in the rain

THOSE MAGNIFICENT MEN

Those magnificent men in their flying machines
They go up, Tiddley up, up
They go down, Tiddley down, down
They enchant all the ladies and steal the scenes
With their up, Tiddley up, up
And their down, Tiddley down, down

Up, down, flying around
Looping the loop and defying the ground
And they’re all frightfully keen
Those magnificent men in their flying machines.

DANCING QUEEN

Ooh
You can dance
You can jive
Having the time of your life
Ooh, see that girl
Watch that scene
Digging the dancing queen

Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for a place to go
Where they play the right music
Getting in the swing
You come to look for a king
Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music’s high
With a bit of rock music

Everything is fine
You’re in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance

You are the dancing queen
Young and sweet
Only seventeen
Dancing queen
Feel the beat from the tambourine, oh yeah
You can dance
You can jive
Having the time of your life
Ooh, see that girl
Watch that scene
Digging the dancing queen

You’re a teaser, you turn ’em on
Leave ’em burning and then you’re gone
Looking out for another
Anyone will do
You’re in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance

You are the dancing queen etc..

Digging the dancing queen X2 at end

JERUSALEM

And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England’s mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
On England’s pleasant pastures seen?

And did the Countenance Divine
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here,

Among those dark satanic mills

Bring me my bow of burning gold:
Bring me my arrows of desire:
Bring me my spear: O clouds unfold!
Bring me my chariot of fire.

I will not cease from mental fight,
Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand
Till we have built Jerusalem
In England’s green and pleasant land.

Land of Hope and Glory

Land of Hope and Glory, Mother of the Free,

How shall we extol thee, who are born of thee?

Wider still and wider shall thy bounds be set ;

God, who made thee mighty, make thee mightier yet,

God, who made thee mighty, make thee mightier yet.

Repeat

Auld Lang Syne – think we all know this
